This racing windscreen is designed specifically for the 2025-2026 YAMAHA YZF-R9 with an enclosed race fairing without a headlight. Its track-focused shape covers openings in the front fairing area, helping to create the most enclosed aerodynamic profile possible.

Designed for track use

The special profile is tailored to an enclosed racing front end. The windscreen provides greater protection from airflow, while its design continues the sporty lines of the YZF-R9.

PMMA Plexiglas with a material thickness of 2 mm

The clear windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA Plexiglas. With a material thickness of 2 mm, the construction is designed for low weight and flexibility. WRS uses the same material for windscreen solutions in MotoGP and Superbike racing.

Fitment and installation

The windscreen is intended for the 2025-2026 YAMAHA YZF-R9 with a racing fairing without a headlight. It can be installed without modifications on suitable fairings designed for mounting the original windscreen. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
