PUIG Z-Racing screen for the KAWASAKI NINJA 125

Sporty lines meet specifically developed aerodynamic properties: The PUIG Z-Racing screen gives the KAWASAKI NINJA 125 [2024] a striking racing character and is at the same time designed to provide functional wind protection for the rider.

Racing shape with functional airflow

The Z-Racing line from PUIG combines an aggressive look that matches the motorcycle with comfort and functionality. The double height specifically redirects the airflow that would otherwise hit the helmet and upper body. Side channels absorb the airflow and direct it outwards to reduce air pressure in the shoulder area.

Tested in the virtual wind tunnel

PUIG tested the lens in the virtual wind tunnel and examined it for drag coefficient and aerodynamic protection. Compared to the original screen, the test determined an average improvement in aerodynamic protection of 12.7% with the upper body upright and 61% in the racing position.

An artificial image processing system is used in quality control to check the condition of the panes. Assembly does not require any additional parts such as edge or decorative strips.

Four color variants to choose from

The Z-Racing disc is in the versions Tinted, Black, Green and Sure available. This means you can choose the sporty design to match the desired appearance of the NINJA 125.
