The PUIG R-Racer screen combines motorsport-tested development with a shape precisely tailored to the KAWASAKI ZX-6R NINJA [2018]. Its height, 40mm higher than the original, is designed to direct airflow over the helmet and shoulders and improve aerodynamic efficiency.

Developed from racing

For the R-Racer line, PUIG uses experience from working with MotoGP and WorldSBK teams. The disc shape was examined in a virtual wind tunnel to optimize the aerodynamic coefficient. At the same time, the contour is designed for a clear view through the window.

Dimensions and construction

• Dimensions: 370 × 350 mm (height × width)
• 40 mm higher than the original disc
• Made from 3mm thick, high impact acrylic
• Rounded edge with 2 mm radius in accordance with the mentioned TÜV safety test
• Lightweight, robust and durable design
• Development and production in Barcelona

Assembly with the original screws

The R-Racer disc is attached with the existing original screws. Additional attachments such as edge protection profiles are not required.

Available versions

The disc is in the finishes Sure, Tinted, Strongly toned and Black available. This means you can choose the look to suit your motorcycle and your personal preferences.
